Where will the event be?
The venue is currently being finalised and will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.
Will there be onsite registration available?
Onsite registration availability depends on the tickets sold prior to the event. It is not guaranteed that onsite registration will be available so it’s best to purchase your tickets beforehand to avoid any disappointment.
When will tickets be available?
Tickets will be available on 1 July 2025 via this website.
What sponsorship opportunities exist?
A wide variety of sponsorship opportunities are available.

What are the accepted payment methods for the event?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards as well as cryptocurrency.
These are: Bitcoin (BTC), Ripple (XRP), Ethereum (ETH), USD Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC).
When will the speakers for the event be finalised?
The Call for Papers will open on 1 April 2025 and close on the 30 September 2025. The speaker slots will range from 15-30 minutes per speaker.
Is there a dress code for the event?
There is no dress code for the event but we suggest casual clothing.
How do I get a letter of invitation to attend Crypto Fest for my visa application?
Please email Nazley@bitcoinevents.co.za your request for an invitation letter, including your ticket for the Crypto Fest. Please note that you are not able to request an invitation letter without proof that you have bought a ticket for the event.

How do I claim my CPD points?
On the day of the event, please visit the registration desk and inquire about redeeming your CPD points. A QR code will be available for you to scan. You will earn 1 CPD point for each hour attended at the event.
Where can I redeem my CPD points?
When you scan the QR code at the event, our CPD provider, The CPD Group, will issue you a certificate and award you CPD credits.
Is CPD recognised as a qualification?
While CPD is not recognised as a formal qualification, it is an essential part of a professional’s education and ongoing development.
What are CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points?
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points are a way of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge, and experience that you gain both formally and informally beyond any initial training. These points are earned by participating in various professional development activities such as workshops, seminars, conferences, courses, and self-directed learning.
