Jurgen Kuhnel
Co-founder and CEO of XagoJurgen is a cryptocurrency enthusiast, trader, Co-founder and CEO of a South African based cryptocurrency startup called Xago Technologies Pty Ltd. He has been involved with crypto since early 2012, with trading and facilitating cryptocurrency transactions. He founded in a QR mobile payment startup utilising credit cards but soon realised the power of blockchain in creating new and unique avenues for facilitating financial transactions. Looking towards the future the startup pivoted and eventually became Xago Technologies.
Xago is a new and innovative payment rail utilising Ripple ledger for settlements and is now launching its XRP gateway and unique trading engine to the public. Jurgen believes that cryptocurrencies hold the key to cheaper financial services in Africa and has invested his time and energy to pursue this goal.
