1. Application and Selection:
   a. Sponsors must submit a completed application form to be considered for sponsorship.
   b. The organizers of Crypto Fest (“the Organizers”) reserve the right to accept or reject any sponsorship application at their discretion.
   c. The selection criteria may include factors such as relevance to the event theme, alignment with the target audience, and availability of sponsorship opportunities.
2. Sponsorship Benefits and Obligations:
   a. Sponsors will receive the benefits and privileges outlined in their chosen sponsorship package.
   b. Sponsors must fulfill any obligations specified in the sponsorship agreement, including providing the agreed-upon deliverables and materials.
3. Payment and Cancellation:
   a. Sponsors must pay the sponsorship fees in full within the specified deadline to secure their sponsorship.
   b. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
   c. In case of cancellation by the sponsor, the Organizers may retain a portion of the sponsorship fees as a cancellation fee.
4. Branding and Promotion:
   a. Sponsors must provide their branding assets and materials according to the specifications and deadlines set by the Organizers.
   b. Sponsors grant the Organizers the right to use their branding materials for promotional purposes related to the Event.
   c. The Organizers reserve the right to request modifications or reject any branding materials that are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the Event’s guidelines.
5. Code of Conduct:
   a. Sponsors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Event.
   b. Sponsors must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizers and event staff.
   c. Sponsors must not engage in any activities that may disrupt the Event or cause inconvenience to other participants.
6. Liability and Insurance:
   a. Sponsors are responsible for their own property, equipment, and materials at all times.
   b. The Organizers do not assume liability for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to sponsor property or personnel.
   c. Sponsors are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any potential risks or incidents.
7. Termination:
   a. The Organizers reserve the right to terminate a sponsor’s participation at the Event for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
   b. In the event of termination, the sponsor shall not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
8. Photography and Filming:
   a. The Organizers may photograph or film the Event, including sponsor displays and activities, for promotional purposes.
   b. Sponsors who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the Organizers in writing before the Event.
9. Governing Law:
   a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Republic of South Africa, where Crypto Fest takes place.
   b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating as a sponsor at Crypto Fest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. The Organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as necessary.
