1. Eligibility:
   a. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate.
   b. Participants must possess a valid ticket for Crypto Fest 2023.
2. Code of Conduct:
   a. Participants must respect all other participants, event staff, and property.
   b. Participants must refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
   c. Participants must comply with all instructions provided by the event staff.
3. Participation:
   a. Participation in the Zone is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
   b. Participants must follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the Zone organizers.
   c. Participants must not engage in any activities that may disrupt the experience of others.
   d. Participants must adhere to the specified duration of their gaming session to allow others to have a fair chance.
4. Personal Belongings:
   a. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
   b. The organizers of the Zone and Crypto Fest 2023 are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
5. Health and Safety:
   a. Participants must take responsibility for their physical well-being and health conditions.
   b. Participants must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the event staff.
   c. Participants must immediately report any accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies to the event staff.
6. Intellectual Property:
   a. Participants must respect all intellectual property rights of the games, software, and other content provided within the Zone.
   b. Participants must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization.
7. Liability:
   a. Participants understand and acknowledge that the organizers of the Zone and Crypto Fest 2023 are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities incurred during the Event.
   b. Participants participate in the Zone at their own risk and indemnify the organizers against any claims arising from their participation.
8. Modifications and Termination:
   a. The organizers of the Zone reserve the right to modify or terminate the Zone or any part thereof, at their sole discretion and without prior notice.
   b. The organizers also reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual without providing a reason.
9. Photography and Filming:
   a. Participants may be photographed or filmed during the Event, and their likeness may be used for promotional purposes.
   b. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the event staff in writing before entering the Zone.
10. Governing Law:
    a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Crypto Fest 2023 takes place.
    b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating in the Metaverse Gaming Zone at Crypto Fest 2023, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in expulsion from the Zone and possible exclusion from future events.
