- By participating as an exhibitor at Crypto Fest (“the Event”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- Application and Selection:
a. Exhibitors must submit a completed application form to be considered for participation.
b. The organizers of Crypto Fest (“the Organizers”) reserve the right to accept or reject any application at their discretion.
c. The selection criteria may include factors such as relevance to the event theme, quality of products or services, and availability of exhibition space. - Booth Space and Setup:
a. Exhibitors will be assigned booth space based on availability and the Organizers’ allocation process.
b. Booth assignments are non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organizers.
c. Standard Exhibitors are responsible for their booth setup, including furniture, displays, and signage, within the designated area and time frame provided. - Payment and Cancellation:
a. Exhibitors must pay the booth fees in full within the specified deadline to secure their participation.
b. Booth fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
c. In case of cancellation by the exhibitor, the Organizers may retain a portion of the booth fees as a cancellation fee. - Code of Conduct:
a. Exhibitors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Event.
b. Exhibitors must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the Organizers and event staff.
c. Exhibitors must not engage in any activities that may disrupt the Event or cause inconvenience to other participants. - Display Content:
a. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their booth and display content comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Exhibitors must not display any content that is offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise illegal or inappropriate.
c. The Organizers reserve the right to request the removal or modification of any display content deemed unacceptable. - Liability and Insurance:
a. Exhibitors are responsible for their own exhibits, equipment, and materials at all times.
b. The Organizers do not assume liability for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to exhibitor property or personnel.
c. Exhibitors are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any potential risks or incidents. - Marketing and Promotion:
a. Exhibitors may engage in marketing and promotional activities within their allocated booth space.
b. Exhibitors must respect the rights and interests of other exhibitors and participants when conducting promotional activities.
c. The Organizers may request materials or information related to exhibitor marketing and promotion for review and approval. - Termination:
a. The Organizers reserve the right to terminate an exhibitor’s participation at the Event for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
b. In the event of termination, the exhibitor shall not be entitled to a refund or compensation. - Photography and Filming:
a. The Organizers may photograph or film the Event, including exhibitor booths, for promotional purposes.
b. Exhibitors who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the Organizers in writing before the Event. - Governing Law:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Crypto Fest takes place.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.By participating as an exhibitor at Crypto Fest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions
